Job Summary
This role focuses on ensuring the continuous availability of IT services for users, providing essential 1st and 2nd level support. The specialist will be responsible for setting up and managing user profiles and group policies within Active Directory, as well as maintaining systems and applications in Office 365 environments. Key tasks include administering client/server environments based on MS Windows, network support, and actively participating in 2nd-level support via remote tools. The position also involves contributing to projects aimed at optimizing IT processes and workflows. Required Skills
Education
Completed IT vocational training or comparable practical IT knowledge. ITIL certification is a plus.
Experience
- Professional experience in an IT environment
- Good knowledge of server and client operating systems (e.g., Windows or Linux)
- Solid expertise in common client/server hardware and MS Office applications
