Job Summary

This role involves taking responsibility for implementing legal requirements and corporate EHS guidelines at a production site. The EHS/HSE Manager will be crucial in developing and promoting a proactive safety culture, working closely with the EHS team. Day-to-day tasks include providing expert support for risk assessments, accident analyses, and the operation of facilities requiring permits. The manager will advise leadership and employees on all EHS-relevant issues and conduct necessary training and instruction sessions. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Natural Sciences or Engineering, or a qualification as a Technician or Industrial Master in Metal or Chemistry, coupled with professional EHS/HSE experience, preferably in an industrial production setting. Success in this role requires strong communication, assertiveness, and fluency in German, alongside good English skills.
