Job Summary

This role involves taking leadership and control over complex electrical engineering development projects, ensuring they meet strict targets for time, cost, and quality. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating comprehensive project plans, organizing and conducting crucial milestone meetings, and performing detailed feasibility analyses to evaluate new technical concepts. The Project Manager is also responsible for coordinating prototype construction, ensuring technical systems achieve series readiness, and closely supporting the subsequent manufacturing launch in coordination with various specialist departments. To succeed, candidates must possess a completed degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics, coupled with proven experience leading technical development projects, ideally within an industrial setting. Proficiency in standard project management methodologies and tools, along with fluent German and English skills, are essential for effective stakeholder communication.
