Job Summary

This role seeks an ambitious IT Service Desk Specialist to join a team focused on advancing technology and innovation within the IT solutions sector. The core responsibility involves acting as the central point of contact for all incoming service requests, change requests, and incident reports. Day-to-day tasks include providing qualified First Level Support via phone and email for both software and hardware issues, prioritizing and classifying disturbances, and meticulously documenting and monitoring tickets within a system according to Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The ideal candidate must possess a completed IT Specialist qualification or equivalent, coupled with solid knowledge of current Microsoft products and standard hardware. Success requires a strong IT understanding, high social competence, and a highly customer-friendly, service-oriented approach, utilizing fluent German and English skills to serve as the critical communication interface between users and specialized support teams.
