Job Summary

This role seeks an ambitious IT Specialist to drive digitalization and networking within production environments. The core focus is ensuring the secure and reliable operation of IT-supported production facilities. Day-to-day tasks include performing inventory and analysis of industrial machinery within the Operational Technology (OT) domain, documenting complex network architectures, communication protocols, and interfaces, and actively supporting the migration and porting of systems into new network structures. The specialist will also act as a key support contact for production areas during technical disruptions, collaborating closely with central IT and production teams. Ideal candidates possess a degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering, coupled with fundamental knowledge of industrial control systems, network technologies, and operating systems like Windows and Linux. Experience with network security standards (e.g., IEC 62443), VPNs, and tools like Git and Confluence is highly valued, offering a chance to grow professionally and tackle challenging innovation projects.
