Job Summary

This critical role as a Maintenance Management Engineer focuses on the conceptual and strategic preservation of Brandenburg's extensive road network (over 8,300 km) and cycle paths (1,700 km). Day-to-day responsibilities include working within a team to systematically prioritize maintenance needs and develop fundamental road preservation guidelines and internal policy documents. A core technical task involves steering, controlling, and evaluating the condition assessment and evaluation (ZEB) of pavement structures. Crucially, the incumbent is expected to drive digitalization efforts, ensuring that specialized IT projects within maintenance management align with and support strategic business objectives. Successful candidates require a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, coupled with at least three years of professional experience post-graduation.
