The HR Specialist will be responsible for targeted job posting, reviewing application documents, scheduling and leading interviews, and drafting employment contracts for the establishment, modification, or termination of employment relationships. Additionally, the specialist handles the preparation of salary payment data, maintenance of ancillary wage files, and management of the personnel information system. Key requirements include a completed vocational training in administration or office management, professional experience preferably in HR, and excellent MS Office skills.
