Job Summary

This role involves joining Axolabs, a key player in RNA therapeutics development within the global LGC Group, focusing on advancing bioanalytical solutions for clinical and non-clinical studies. The Bioanalytical Scientist will be responsible for developing and executing critical ELISA assays, performing biomarker and pharmacodynamic analyses, and calculating pharmacokinetic parameters using specialized software like Phoenix WinNonlin. A core part of the role is independently managing customer projects within a regulated GxP environment, preparing comprehensive documentation (plans, reports), and actively shaping new bioanalytical methodologies. This includes SOP creation, method validation, and equipment qualification, as well as participation in external audits. Ideal candidates possess a minimum Master's degree in Natural Sciences and initial experience in GxP settings.
