Job Summary
This role involves providing essential First and Second-Level IT support to national and international company locations within a leading global provider of industrial solutions. The administrator will be responsible for the full lifecycle management of IT infrastructure, including the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, network components, and servers. A key function is diagnosing and resolving network issues, meticulously documenting all support processes and solutions, and actively participating in exciting local and international IT projects. The ideal candidate possesses a relevant IT qualification, professional experience in IT support, strong knowledge of network management, and proficiency in the Microsoft environment (specifically Office 365). Success in this position requires excellent communication skills, a high degree of customer orientation, reliability, and strong teamwork.
