Job Summary

This role is centered on supporting and optimizing the core IT infrastructure for a medium-sized company in Munich. The IT Systems Specialist will be responsible for the continuous maintenance of IT systems, including essential tasks such as error analysis, troubleshooting, and the installation and configuration of both hardware and software. A crucial part of the role involves ensuring robust IT security, data integrity, and providing direct user support, training, and awareness measures. Furthermore, the specialist will actively collaborate on IT projects focused on infrastructure development, manage technical documentation, and communicate with external service providers. Successful candidates must hold a completed vocational qualification in IT or an equivalent degree, possess fundamental knowledge of system administration, IT support, and experience with contemporary operating systems and network technologies.
