As an IT Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for internal users, delivering essential 1st and 2nd Level support both remotely and in person. Key daily duties include installing and maintaining hardware (laptops, iPhones, iPads), managing support requests within a ticketing system, and providing technical assistance during meetings and events. Beyond routine support, you will collaborate with global IT teams on network and server issues, contribute to the internal Knowledge Base, and independently manage smaller IT projects such as hardware rollouts and workstation moves. Candidates must possess a completed IT vocational qualification or equivalent, coupled with initial professional experience in IT support or system administration. Strong technical understanding of hardware and networks, coupled with fluent German skills, are essential for success in this varied and project-focused role, which offers opportunities for further professional development.
