Job Summary

This role as a Project Engineer in Electrical Engineering focuses on the specialized construction of glass manufacturing and processing plants, along with managing associated infrastructure. You will be instrumental in the entire project lifecycle, from developing technical specifications and requirement profiles to overseeing procurement, external manufacturing, and final acceptance testing. Key responsibilities include designing and specifying machine control systems and drive technologies, maintaining critical ECAD documentation (EPLAN P8), managing material orders, and coordinating installation and commissioning efforts with suppliers and fitters. To succeed, you must possess a completed degree or comparable qualification (e.g., Certified Technician) in Electrical Engineering, coupled with multi-year professional experience in the field. This position requires meticulous attention to technical rules and regulations, proficiency in systems like SAP-EAM, and strong organizational skills, offering the unique opportunity to manage complex, bespoke engineering projects from conception through completion. Strong German (Fluent) and basic English skills are essential.
