Job Summary

This role places you within the Corporate Real Estate division of DHL Group, focusing on the planning and conceptualization of challenging industrial construction projects, including new builds and existing facilities like offices and logistics centers. Day-to-day tasks involve managing project planning according to HOAI phases 1-4 (Basic Evaluation through Approval Planning), conducting feasibility studies, reviewing site plans, optimizing floor plans, and creating/updating BIM models using Revit. Candidates must hold a degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering, or possess long-term professional experience as a Structural Draftsman. Essential requirements include excellent proficiency in CAD programs and MS Office, coupled with comprehensive knowledge of German construction law.
