IT System Developer and Administrator (Focus: Energy Data Management) | Fachinformatiker (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role seeks an IT System Developer and Administrator to join the BizDevOps teams focusing on Energy Data Management (EDM) for electricity and gas balancing. You will be responsible for the continuous development and system operation of the core EDM system, e.Count. A primary focus involves designing and managing the flow of market messages for market communication across the entire system chain. Day-to-day tasks include optimizing, monitoring, and conducting performance tests for eCount, as well as acting as a crucial interface between the BizDevOps teams and the technical Robotron Platform Team to coordinate system updates. Candidates must possess a degree in Computer Science or Business Informatics and demonstrate very strong knowledge of energy industry processes, particularly market communication. Ideal candidates will also bring experience with SQL and Webservices, and a passion for contributing to the energy transition. Strong communication skills and fluency in German are essential for success in this demanding technical environment.
