Job Summary

This role is for a Lead Electrical Engineer responsible for the disciplinary and technical management of the Electrical and Building Technology department at TÜV SÜD. The core responsibilities include independently executing recurring inspections, new system approvals, and expert assessments, alongside leading major projects, often in collaboration with other departments. A significant part of the role involves operational business development, introducing new products, and actively acquiring new clients while maintaining existing customer relationships. You will be responsible for implementing quality management and occupational safety standards within the department, as well as developing and mentoring the team. Candidates must possess a degree in Electrical Engineering, robust business management knowledge, and proven experience in strengths-based leadership.
