Job Summary

This role involves supporting project management in the crucial task of testing continuous emission monitoring systems (CEMS) and their associated data processing units, typically found in large industrial facilities like power plants, waste incinerators, and chemical operations. The technician will be responsible for preparing and executing these complex tests independently at customer sites. A significant part of the job involves internal office work, including evaluating test results and generating detailed reports. Furthermore, the technician assists the testing equipment manager in maintaining the quality assurance of the company's measuring devices. The ideal candidate holds a qualification as a Measurement and Control Technician or possesses specific knowledge in analytical and process measurement technology, coupled with relevant professional experience in CEMS service and maintenance. Required Skills

Education

Completed training as a Measurement and Control Technician or comparable qualification; alternatively, specific knowledge in analytical and process measurement technology.

Experience

  • Professional experience in the service and maintenance of Continuous Emission Monitoring Systems (CEMS) and associated evaluation units (Ideally)
  • Experience in preparing and executing independent on-site testing procedures
  • Experience in data evaluation and technical report creation
