Job Summary

This role is for an Engineer specializing in Equipment Management and System Optimization within the high-stakes aviation MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) sector in Hamburg. The primary responsibilities involve the full lifecycle management of operational technology (OT) equipment, including planning, procurement, commissioning, and modifying electrical aids, test devices, communication systems, and IT-driven tools used for aircraft component processing. The engineer will analyze and further develop existing systems, manage the description and acceptance of constructions, and actively participate in national and international projects focused on equipping production facilities. Key requirements include a completed university degree in Electrical Engineering, Technical Informatics, or a related technical field, initial professional experience with electrical/electronic equipment, and strong knowledge of product and operational safety regulations. The position requires fluent German and good working knowledge of English, offering rare and diverse insights into the processes of a major global aerospace company.
