Job Summary

This role involves supporting, advising, and training end-users on the Document Management System (DMS), primarily focusing on the d.velop documents system. Key responsibilities include independently handling problem and error resolution, planning and conducting training sessions and presentations, and actively contributing to the conceptual development and optimization of the DMS. The specialist will also coordinate technical workflows, manage organizational processes within the DMS environment, and participate in procurement and tender processes related to IT systems. Candidates must possess comprehensive experience in user support, implementing and managing DMS solutions, and have a background in IT project execution.
