Job Summary

This expert role serves as the crucial link between the organization's construction and real estate departments, the internal IT division, and external software vendors. The primary objective is to ensure optimal application usage and guarantee seamless data transfer across various systems. Day-to-day responsibilities involve the strategic coordination and management of integrating specialized solutions into a unified process, data, and application landscape. You will also be responsible for documenting integration processes, commissioning new IT applications, and rigorously planning, scheduling, and monitoring system releases. Success requires a structured, solution-oriented approach and strong communication skills to mediate effectively between diverse stakeholders. The ideal candidate possesses a good understanding of IT systems, interfaces, and data flows, and preferably has initial experience with project management methodologies.
