Job Summary

This Senior Inhouse SAP Finance Consultant role, based in Bonn, is crucial for ensuring the digital future capability of the German Armed Forces (Bundeswehr) by modernizing one of Germany's largest IT infrastructures. The successful candidate will independently advise on and manage complex SAP modules FI, CO, and PSM, focusing specifically on internal and external accounting processes within the public sector environment. Day-to-day tasks include conceptualizing the design, harmonization, and integration of business processes, executing customizing, testing, and cut-over activities for customer-specific processes, and providing expert support for relevant sub-modules and interfaces to SAP Logistics applications. Furthermore, the consultant will take on (partial) project leadership responsibilities and contribute significantly to the conceptual development of SAP applications, particularly in preparation for the S/4 HANA transition. Candidates must bring a relevant university degree, at least four years of dedicated SAP Finance experience, deep module knowledge, and strong project management skills, coupled with assertiveness and independent action.
