Job Summary
This Service Manager role is crucial for ensuring the delivery of contracted IT services and maintaining high client satisfaction. You will act as the central point of contact, leveraging extensive IT expertise to analyze and structure customer requirements, drawing upon the company's portfolio and technical specialists. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring Delivery Performance regarding quality and cost, actively driving the optimization of operational IT processes, and developing the service offering. The position requires strong commercial understanding to foster positive financial client development, manage escalations effectively, and provide technical leadership to the assigned Delivery Teams. The ideal candidate must possess a relevant university degree or equivalent qualification, coupled with several years of experience in IT Service Management, particularly within complex Managed Services environments. Fluency in both German and English is mandatory for secure client communication.
