Job Summary

This leadership role involves the disciplinary management of a 23-member Development & Operations team, focusing on fostering a high-performing, motivating work environment. The Team Lead will actively promote agile methodologies such as SCRUM, Kanban, and SAFe, strengthening self-organization and continuous improvement through coaching and targeted feedback. A core responsibility is collaborating closely with the Technical Lead to advance modern software solutions and platforms, specifically leveraging Cloud technologies, DevOps concepts, and automation. The successful candidate will also manage project proposal creation, ensuring alignment with time and scope requirements, and guide teams and clients through the realization of complex software, automation, and Managed Services solutions. This position requires a background in Computer Science or a comparable field, extensive leadership experience, and strong proficiency in agile development frameworks, combined with business acumen in budget and cost control (P&L).
