Job Summary

This remote role as Regional Applications Manager for the DACH region (Germany & Austria) involves leading, coaching, and developing a team of Application Consultants to drive customer engagement and sales growth for Leica Biosystems, a leader in cancer diagnostics. The core mission is to transform the Application Consultant function into a proactive growth driver by implementing Standard Work and Danaher Business System (DBS) tools, acting as a key change agent within the Commercial Organization. Daily activities include supporting the achievement of strategic sales targets, ensuring high customer satisfaction through oversight of demonstrations, installations, and training, and managing escalations. Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, multiple years of experience in Life Sciences/MedTech application support, proven people management skills, and demonstrated change management expertise. Fluency in both German and English is essential, along with the ability to travel up to 60% across the region.
