Field Service Technician | Servicetechniker (m/w/d)

Job Summary

As a Field Service Technician, you will be a key technical point of contact for customers, ensuring consistent service and support for Leica Biosystems' range of cancer diagnostics products. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include independently performing installations, preventive maintenance, and repairs, as well as assisting customers with product commissioning and executing software updates and upgrades. You will collaborate closely with the Technical Support Team to address customer complaints and implement corrective actions. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely from home while serving customers in the Leipzig region, providing flexibility and a challenging environment within a leading global company dedicated to advancing cancer diagnostics.
