Job Summary

This role involves managing and overseeing the electrical infrastructure across the City of Hildesheim’s municipal properties, including schools, daycare centers, and administrative buildings. The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and supervision of all maintenance, repair, and expansion projects related to electrical systems. Key daily tasks include assessing the technical condition of existing installations, ensuring safe operation, obtaining competitive bids, monitoring external contractors, and maintaining strict cost control for all measures. Candidates must possess a qualification as a Master Electrician in Energy and Building Technology, or a completed vocational training as an Electronics Technician for Energy and Building Technology combined with extensive experience, particularly in a site management capacity.
