Job Summary
This Process Manager role serves as the central interface for all financial accounting processes within the MLP Group, working closely with department leadership. The primary responsibilities include analyzing existing workflows, identifying optimization potential, and developing solutions to enhance efficiency, transparency, and quality. A key focus is driving the digitalization and automation of financial processes, including identifying and implementing AI technologies. The manager acts as the critical liaison between the specialist accounting department, IT, and external service providers, ensuring optimal technical implementation, particularly supporting the operation and migration of SAP systems (R/3 to S/4 HANA). Candidates must possess a degree in Business Administration or Business Informatics (or be a Certified Balance Accountant), bring multi-year experience in finance/accounting within an SAP environment, and demonstrate strong analytical, solution-oriented skills. Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in Business Administration (BWL), Business Informatics, or comparable qualification focusing on Accounting, or Certified Balance Accountant.
Experience
- Multi-year experience in finance or accounting with IT interfaces in an SAP-supported environment.
- Experience with SAP R/3 and/or S/4 HANA (Ideally).
- Experience in utilizing modern tools or AI-supported systems (Ideally).
