Job Summary

This role focuses on providing comprehensive onsite IT support for a major client of one of Europe's leading IT service providers. The specialist will be responsible for the full lifecycle management of IT components, including the delivery and professional installation of various hardware such as PCs, notebooks, multi-function printers, mobile data terminals, and barcode scanners. Key daily tasks involve advising customers on setting up and utilizing Apple devices (iPhones/iPads), analyzing system errors, performing necessary repairs, and managing disturbance tickets within the Break-Fix process. Candidates should possess a relevant IT qualification, strong hardware knowledge, and proficiency in Windows 10/11 and MS Office. This position offers excellent working conditions, a regulated 40-hour week, up to 30 days of vacation, and strong prospects for permanent employment with the client company, supported by flat hierarchies and modern workplaces.
