Job Summary
This role involves critical system administration and procedural support for the specialized LÄMMkom LISSA application within a district administration context. The administrator will be responsible for managing user rights and roles, planning and conducting staff training, developing procedures, and ensuring the technical implementation and updating of content based on legal changes. A significant part of the job includes collaborating with the software manufacturer on functional improvements and managing system updates and interfaces. Furthermore, the position provides operative support in public sector budgeting (planning, in-year management, and accounting) and contributes to internal controlling by maintaining key performance indicator systems for effective resource deployment and economic administrative action. The ideal candidate holds a qualification in Public Administration (equivalent to Angestelltenprüfung II or higher civil service entry) and possesses strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills, preferably with prior knowledge of LÄMMkom/LISSA.
Required Skills
Education
Required: Qualification as a Public Administration Specialist (Verwaltungsfachwirt - Angestelltenprüfung II) or eligibility for the third entry-level career path in Finance and Administration (formerly higher non-technical service), or comparable qualifications.
Experience
- Professional experience in system administration, preferably with LÄMMkom/LISSA
 - Experience in developing and implementing work procedures and workflows
 - Experience in operational support for budgeting and financial accounting
 - Experience in maintaining and utilizing key performance indicator systems for organizational steering

Additional
- Unrestricted full-time employment contract (39-40 hours/week).
