Job Summary
The Landkreis Germersheim is seeking a dedicated HR Administrator to manage a wide range of personnel processes, from employment initiation to termination. This role involves advising employees on collective bargaining and civil service law, implementing legal and contractual changes, and conducting internal and external recruitment. Required Skills
Education
Certified Administrative Specialist (Angestelltenprüfung II) or qualification for the third entry-level civil service position in Finance and Administration (formerly higher non-technical service), or relevant university degrees in Human Resources.
Experience
- Professional experience in human resources, ideally in the public sector
