Job Summary

This role is based at Siemens Mobility, a global leader in rail vehicle construction, specifically at the testing center for rail vehicles and railway systems in Wegberg. The successful candidate will be responsible for the comprehensive maintenance and repair of electrical operating systems and building infrastructure. Daily tasks include executing maintenance plans, performing functional tests, handling cleaning and lubrication, and managing monitoring protocols. A key responsibility involves performing switching operations in both low-voltage and high-voltage networks (up to 36 kV), alongside installing electrical components like sockets and lights. Candidates must possess vocational training as an Electrician or Electronics Technician and be proficient in reading wiring and circuit diagrams. This position offers an attractive opportunity for professional growth with an option for permanent takeover by the client, requiring flexibility for 3-shift and weekend work.
