Job Summary

This role involves acting as a key user supporting IT systems, primarily focusing on maintenance processes using SAP, specifically the Plant Maintenance (PM) module. Day-to-day responsibilities include the creation and upkeep of documentation and data within IT systems, generating detailed reports, and managing ongoing administrative processes. A critical component of the job is assessing defects reported in the maintenance cockpit, planning necessary corrective actions, and initiating repair orders through SAP PM. The Key User will also handle incoming inquiries via phone and ensure effective communication and coordination with external partner companies. Candidates should possess a completed commercial or technical vocational training and ideally have professional experience in commercial or technical administration. Strong organizational skills, a high degree of personal responsibility, and desirable knowledge of SAP PM are key qualifications for success in this full-time position.
