Job Summary
This role involves ensuring integrated building technology across municipal properties, focusing heavily on energy-efficient construction and operation of technical systems. The Electrical Engineering Technician will be primarily responsible for the maintenance, renovation, and renewal of electrical systems and elevators within city buildings. Day-to-day tasks include comprehensive project management, from initial planning and cost estimation to tendering, contract awarding, construction supervision, and acting as the client representative for major electrical and building technology projects. Key requirements include a relevant technical degree or equivalent professional experience, knowledge of KNX systems, strong IT application skills (MS Office, CAD), and a Class B driving license.
