Job Summary

This role involves supporting the Technical Services department in Bochum, focusing on the maintenance, repair, and configuration of IT systems for both internal and external clients. The technician will be responsible for the repair and upkeep of hardware components, ensuring all systems are up-to-date, and performing hardware modifications and expansions to optimize workstations. Key tasks include the installation and configuration of client and server hardware, independent software installation, updates, and troubleshooting complex hardware and software issues within defined service levels.
