Job Summary

This role is for a Materials Testing Technician specializing in steel construction, joining a renowned mid-sized company in Dinkelscherben. The daily tasks center around ensuring product quality through rigorous testing and auditing. Key responsibilities include collecting samples of metal and steel products during manufacturing, conducting precise measurements, and performing destructive testing to determine critical mechanical characteristic values. The technician will also be responsible for inspecting and monitoring intermediate and final products, planning and executing quality audits, and controlling manufacturing processes and machine settings. Essential qualifications include formal training as a Materials Tester or Quality Specialist, coupled with professional experience in destructive testing within the metal, steel, or mechanical engineering sectors.
