Job Summary
This leadership role involves taking strategic and operational responsibility for the global IT infrastructure of the HARTMANN Group, including networks, data centers, modern workplace concepts, cloud architectures, and the Service Desk. The Head of IT Infrastructure & IT Service will be crucial in shaping the technological future, driving innovation, and developing a high-performing international team. Daily tasks include defining the infrastructure roadmap, implementing future topics like Cloud and Zero Trust Security, managing international teams and external service providers, and ensuring the availability, security, and scalability of the entire IT infrastructure. Required Skills
Education
University degree in Computer Science or comparable qualification
Experience
- Several years of leadership experience in IT
- Several years in a leading function focusing on infrastructure and IT services
- Experience in building and operating modern IT Service Organizations (e.g., ITIL, DevOps, Automation)
- Demonstrated experience in leading international teams
- Experience in building and implementing Enterprise IT Architectures
