The Sales Marketing Manager (Part-Time, 18.5 hours/week) will play a key role in shaping the future of marketing for PAUL HARTMANN Germany, specifically targeting the Care segment within the healthcare industry. This position involves actively driving target-group-oriented market development by implementing marketing and communication strategies in close cooperation with Channel Marketing and Sales. Day-to-day responsibilities include the conception, coordination, and monitoring of campaigns and events, ensuring consistent implementation of trade marketing and lead management goals according to KPIs. You will manage campaign performance using CRM systems like Salesforce, conduct market and competitive analysis using BI data, and contribute to product lifecycle management and pricing strategy for Care products. This role requires combining strong entrepreneurial action with operational implementation strength, offering a unique opportunity to strategically position HARTMANN in a vital healthcare segment. Key requirements include a degree in economics or equivalent experience, profound marketing expertise, and strong project management skills.
