The specialist will analyze existing personnel processes, identifying key potential for automation and standardization across all employee and management levels. Core responsibilities include leading digital projects, managing the selection, introduction, and continuous development of HR systems to optimize processes, and serving as the primary IT coordinator for the department's systems. A significant part of the job involves data analysis, creating and refining reports on HR key figures, and ensuring the continuous maintenance of the staff allocation plan for transparent and efficient personnel planning.
