Job Summary

This role is centered on developing innovative electronics solutions within electric drive technology, guiding products from prototype integration and commissioning through to series production readiness. Key responsibilities include the continuous improvement of existing drive solutions, the selection and implementation of modern drive systems, and providing expert support to the service team for complex technical issues. The successful candidate will also contribute to risk assessments (FMEA) and maintain system simulations. Applicants must hold a completed degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics and possess several years of experience in electrical drive systems. Essential technical knowledge includes classical control technology, the regulation of permanently excited synchronous machines, and expertise in automation platforms (e.g., B&R, Beckhoff, or EN 61131-3).
