Job Summary

The City of Heilbronn is seeking a Project Manager for Grant Management to join its newly established Urban Sustainability Office. In this dynamic role, you will be instrumental in identifying, applying for, and managing funding for municipal environmental and sustainability initiatives. Your day-to-day will involve researching suitable funding programs at European, national, and state levels, preparing grant applications, and advising internal and external partners on funding opportunities. You will also oversee the administrative management of grants, monitor fund utilization, and ensure timely reporting to funding bodies. This position requires strong networking and communication skills to build collaborations and create synergies between various projects and partners, acting as a central point of contact for grant providers.
