Job Summary

This role seeks a dedicated Quality Hero to join Germany's largest dairy cooperative, ensuring the highest standards for their diverse product portfolio, which includes cheese, ingredients, baby food, and vegan products. The primary responsibilities involve the day-to-day execution of chemical, physical, and microbiological testing on dairy products. You will be responsible for determining ingredient content using infrared reference analysis and rapid methods, performing sensory product control, and ensuring the precise calibration of laboratory equipment. A critical part of the job is the expert evaluation and interpretation of test results, alongside strict adherence to all Quality Management (QM), hygiene, occupational safety, and fire protection procedures. The ideal candidate must hold vocational training as a Dairy Laboratory Technician or equivalent, be proficient with MS Office and lab software, and commit to working a 3-shift system, including weekends and holidays.
