Job Summary

The successful candidate will join a leading German dairy cooperative, focusing on ensuring the operational readiness and maintenance of production-related IT/OT systems across the Altentreptow and Waren locations. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling IT and Operational Technology (OT) service requests (networking, workstations, telephony), supporting new plant commissioning, and performing firmware updates. A key part of the role involves maintaining the asset management system, coordinating external service providers, and managing security and conference technology like video surveillance and access control. This position requires a completed apprenticeship as an IT Specialist in System Integration and foundational knowledge of client, network, and server infrastructures, ideally gained in an industrial setting.
