Job Summary

This role involves ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of IT and operational technology (OT) systems within a production environment, specifically at the Altentreptow and Waren sites of a leading German dairy cooperative. The successful candidate will be responsible for IT support during the commissioning of new equipment, performing firmware updates, and handling various IT and OT service requests related to networks, workstations, printers, and telephony. Key responsibilities also include supporting network tasks, managing asset inventory, coordinating external service providers, and maintaining security and conference technology.
