IT Infrastructure Support Specialist | Supporter Infrastruktur (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role as an IT Infrastructure Support Specialist focuses on maintaining and optimizing client IT systems, ensuring seamless operation and robust security. Daily tasks involve comprehensive support and maintenance of the entire IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and end-user workstations. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving IT-related inquiries and disruptions, installing and configuring essential hardware and software, and actively monitoring network systems and security protocols. A key component of the role is providing training and support to end-users regarding IT questions and issues. The ideal candidate must possess a completed vocational qualification in IT or equivalent experience, along with fundamental experience in technical support and excellent knowledge of heterogeneous client and server infrastructures (including desktop, mobile devices, and telephony).
