Job Summary

This role seeks an expert SAP Support Specialist to manage 1st and 2nd level user support, focusing primarily on the Financial (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules. The specialist is responsible for classifying incoming requests (Incidents, Service Requests, Change Requests) and processing tickets within the core finance modules. Key daily responsibilities include supporting crucial operational activities such as month-end and year-end closings, managing booking corrections, and addressing booking errors. The position also requires situational oversight of electronic payment transactions and the creditor workflow (AFI). A core part of the job involves developing effective, goal-oriented solutions and workarounds, documenting resolutions, and managing escalations to 3rd level support when necessary. Candidates must possess a degree in Business Informatics or a comparable qualification, profound SAP FI/CO knowledge, and fluency in German.
