Job Summary

This role is for an Image Processing Engineer dedicated to advancing technologies through research and development projects. The core responsibilities involve developing sophisticated 2D and 3D image processing algorithms, incorporating modern machine learning and AI techniques. You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of development, including planning, executing, and evaluating physical measurement series, building prototypes using 3D printing, and conducting comprehensive tests on 3D hardware and software. A key focus is on quality assurance through the development of specialized measuring instruments and the optimization of materials and processes. This position requires a background in Physics or Computer Science, practical experience in photonics and optics, and robust programming skills in Python and C++.
