Job Summary

The Federal Office of Justice (BfJ) is seeking an IT Requirements Manager or IT Application Manager to support the digitalization of critical judicial processes in Bonn. This role involves the conceptualization, modeling, and comprehensive documentation of technical business processes for specialized IT applications. Day-to-day activities include supporting and advising stakeholders during requirements gathering and analysis, actively participating in IT projects, and organizing workshops to guide new software development or modifications. You will be responsible for creating concepts to prepare for IT developments and reviewing technical specifications and requirement documents. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related STEM field, possesses professional experience in implementing business processes into software systems, and is proficient in software modeling using UML and BPMN.
