This full-time, permanent position seeks a qualified Civil Engineering Technician to independently manage and supervise diverse infrastructure projects within the municipality. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing road construction, water supply, sewage systems, flood protection, and mobility initiatives, ensuring projects adhere to strict timelines, technical specifications, and budgetary goals. The role requires collaboration with external engineering firms and representing municipal interests to authorities, utility providers, and citizens. Candidates must be certified Construction Technicians or Master Craftsmen, preferably with municipal experience, demonstrating strong organizational skills, reliability, and negotiation prowess. Proficiency in standard Office and GIS software is mandatory, alongside working knowledge of German construction law (VOB/HOAI).
