Job Summary
This role involves the independent organization, management, and supervision of diverse infrastructure projects, focusing heavily on underground construction, road construction, water supply, and municipal wastewater management (sewer systems). Day-to-day tasks include ensuring projects adhere to deadlines, technical specifications, and economic targets, while collaborating closely with external engineering offices and specialist planners. A critical component is representing the municipality's interests to external parties, including utility providers, government agencies, and the public. The ideal candidate must be a State-certified Civil Engineering Technician or Master Craftsman, preferably with experience working within a municipal environment. Success requires strong organizational skills, resilience, negotiation abilities, and familiarity with standard Office and GIS software, alongside crucial legal knowledge of VOB and HOAI construction regulations.
