Job Summary

This role involves developing and implementing innovative software solutions utilizing modern web technologies within the IT team of NOVA, the joint IT organization of BGHM and VBG. The developer will be responsible for optimizing, stabilizing, and maintaining the internal customer portal through performance analysis and error correction. A key part of the job is actively shaping the maintenance and further development of business processes, contributing expertise within interdisciplinary teams. Quality assurance is critical, involving meticulous code reviews and surface testing, alongside creating and maintaining clear technical product and operational documentation. Candidates should possess a relevant university degree or equivalent IT vocational training, along with knowledge of C# .NET Framework (or Java) and experience with WPF and .NET 4.8 ff. The position offers a full-time, permanent contract with flexible working hours and mobile working options at locations in Mainz, Hannover, or Hamburg, supporting the critical rehabilitation sector of a major statutory accident insurance provider.
