Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced IT Workplace Service Manager to act as the central Key Account Manager for IT Workplace services across BGHM, VBG, and their cooperation partners. The position involves strategic partner relationship management and ensuring the high quality and efficiency of essential IT services like hardware provision, printing, telephony, and the Service Desk. Day-to-day tasks include managing the entire IT requirements process—from intake and prioritization to cross-departmental steering—and coordinating efficient incident management. You will also be responsible for conducting quality assurance measures, defining and tracking KPIs, establishing comprehensive reporting, and organizing user training sessions. Key requirements include a relevant university degree, several years of professional IT experience, and proven success in leading IT projects. This permanent, full-time position offers flexible hours and the chance to work within the dynamic NOVA IT organization in Mainz, Hannover, or Hamburg, contributing directly to the modernization of essential public sector IT infrastructure.
